Abhishek is an Ottawa-based technology and delivery leader with 20+ years of experience delivering complex technology solutions. His expertise spans technology delivery, product development, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. He holds Masters in Technology Innovation, secret security clearance and brings a combination of technology, product development, and program management experience.

At Succeed Canada, Abhishek focuses on helping defence, robotics and IoT teams move from electronic prototypes and engineering concepts to practical, manufacturable hardware—quickly and with a focus on quality and repeatability.

Mounika is an Electrical & Computer Engineer with a Master’s degree from Carleton University and experience that spans aerospace, advanced electronics, and hardware product development. She brings expertise in digital, analog, and mixed-signal design, RF, PCB design, embedded systems, wireless technologies, and hardware testing. 

At Succeed Canada, Mounika leads engineering collaboration, product development, and design-for-manufacturing, effectively bridging the gap between electronics prototypes and rugged, manufacturable products. Her expertise in technology delivery solutions enables customers to transition from circuit and system concepts to validated physical hardware with engineering discipline and production readiness.
